Gxalingenwa Cave is very sheltered, providing some protection from the elements.
We start the hike at Cobham and stroll along a clear footpath for 3 km. while heading up the Emerald stream. As we get to the top of the valley we can see the amazing Pinnacle rock. This rock has bushman paintings so really quite special.
The foothills around Cobham are also full of wild life. We often spot Eland and Reed buck as well Baboons and of course the rivers are great for a quick dip.
