The Marble baths Cave overnight hike is to one of the nicest caves in the foothills of the Central Drakensberg. This Drakensberg cave hike is a wonderful introduction to hiking in the Drakensberg. Marble baths Cave is very sheltered, providing some protection from the elements.
We start the hike at Injisuthi and stroll along a clear footpath for almost 2 hours. Heading up the Injisuthi valley is absolutely stunning. Soon though we must turn right with the ‘Ape’ and ‘Old woman grinding corn’ towering way above us. Now we are in the valley on the way to the base of Leslie’s pass.
